G.I.R.L.S. Group 4th & 5th Graders

This is Girls in Real Life Situations Group (G.I.R.L.S) for 5th graders focusing on self-esteem, body image and navigating friendships. The curriculum for this counseling format is to give girls an opportunity to feel empowered, gain self-awareness, develop positive coping mechanisms, improve daily problem-solving skills, feel connected with other girls and make healthy decisions as they grow through turbulent times. In my professional experiences facilitating groups, I have witnessed the positive impact of group members sharing feelings, experiences and feeling a sense of belonging and validation that they are not alone.

The cost for each individual member will be $300 for four 1.5 hour group sessions.  The groups will be broken down by grade. At this time, there is not a guarantee that your child’s age group will have enough members to form a group so I reserve the right to cancel a group and refund payment if a group does not successfully form. Please provide payment to Venmo @stacy-baugh-2. Payments by credit card will be totalled at $305.
